INSTRUCTOR: Chuck Ketchum, CAMT, OSHA 10 General Outreach 

ABOUT CHUCK: Chuck is the Lead instructor and a Service technician with 24 years experience in the multi-family industry in Omaha, NE.  He has worked portfolios such as Conventional, Income based, Tax Credit and Military Privatized housing.  Before becoming a service tech, Chuck was a member of the United States Air Force stationed at Offutt AFB.  His approach about teaching is a “Pay it Forward” style by passing on what he knows to those who want to learn.
