Choose this member type if you provide products and/or services to the apartment industry.

Property Management Company
Choose this if you own/operate/develop residential property with units in multi family communities. All employees of the member are granted benefit of membership. Dues are based on the total number of apartment homes owned/managed.
1-250 units: $155 + $.85/unit
251-1001 units: $205 + $1.15/unit
1001-2000 units: $255 + $1.10/unit
2001-5000 units: $275 + $.95/unit
5001-10000 units: $275 + $.90/unit
Independent Rental Owner (IRO)
Choose this if you own/operate/develop residential property and only if you have less than 50 units that you self-manage.
Annual dues: $125Join as Independent Rental Owner (IRO)
An entity or company that owns and/or manages residential property and exists to create affordable housing opportunities. Dues are based on a total number of apartment homes owned/managed.
Annual Dues: $100 + $.50/unitJoin as Not-For-Profit Owner/Manager
