ABOUT GIAA

GIAA exists to serve Iowa's rental housing stakeholders. We represent our members' interests in local and national legislation. Additionally, we offer networking events and educational programs including professional accreditation courses, continuing education, and skill-building.

Applying for Membership?

The members of GIAA invite and encourage you to join! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.

All membership applications for the GIAA must be approved by the Board of Directors. All memberships are company based and individuals cannot join GIAA.
