The GIAA Board consists of 4 Directors, 1 Supplier Officer, and the Executive Committee. Officers may serve in a specific role for a 2 year term with a maximum of 3 terms in any given role. Officers and Directors are selected by a Nominating Committee annually following a call for nominations in October. The "slate" is ratified by the GIAA Membership in November.
