Naushad has over 25 years experience in various in leadership roles and has lived/worked in more than 10 countries. He worked as a C-Suite executive for over 10 years in the Middle East & Africa before moving to the US in 2015 to run a property management company overseeing the operations of more than 5000 apartments in multi family real estate.
He holds a Masters from INSEAD in Change Management is also an ICF certified PCC coach.

After the pandemic and with a new generation of employees, leaders face issues such as working with diversity, creating psychological safety, meeting the needs for flexibility including hybrid work models.
