join the Golf Outing Committee. This meeting is hosted monthly on the second Wednesday, online. Please email ae@thegiaa.com if you are interested in joining the committee. 

• Work with Association Staff (Executive Director) to coordinate all aspects of the event
• Choose golf course / venue
• IF APPLICABLE Assist with the development of promotional materials
• Solicit sponsorships and golf / putting teams
• Work with golf course to fully develop the event
• IF APPLICABLE Incorporate Platinum Agreement requirements
• Design signage for event
• Design and / or order awards
• Solicit prizes and giveaway items
• Contact charity involved for promotional items and public relations blitz
• Insurance for any hole contests (i.e. $10,000 Hole-In-One)
• OPTIONAL Solicit promotional items / giveaways for bag stuffing
