Plumbing Fundamentals (from 10:00am to 11:15am)

• Water Systems (Supply, Drainage, Waste)
• Physics of Plumbing
• Water Quality
• Identifying Materials & Tools
• Installing Various Pipes (Copper, Plastic) Troubleshooting (Leaks & Clogs)

and

MAINTENANCE CLASS #2:

A2L Refrigerants (from 11:30am to 12:45pm)

• What are A2L Refrigerants
• Why It's Important to Know About A2L
• Physical Properties & Performance
• Safety & Handling Standards
• Tooling Requirements Installation & Service Best Practices

COST: $50 for Both or Choose One Class for $30

INSTRUCTOR:  Kevin Nordhagen of the Nebraska Maintenance Academy

ABOUT KEVIN: Kevin is a veteran of the army, having worked in various areas of construction and property management. He began his building career with new home construction, learning each of the trades before transitioning into commercial construction. Kevin has spent many years in the property management sector, working as a maintenance technician, special projects technician, and maintenance supervisor. Kevin chose to cross over to the office for a while to learn the other aspects of property management.
