30-Day Notice Rules: Shortly after the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s release of its interim rule revoking the 30-day notice requirement, the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued a similar rule under its jurisdiction. Learn more.
