If your multi-unit housing has ground level barbecue grills (LP or Gas) you know most people don't clean your grills after they use them. This can create a very bad image for your complex and even provide content for negative social posts and reviews. We say "a clean grill is a healthy grill", but it also means better optics for your residents.
Our specialized steam cleaning and degreasing process will leave your grills sparkling—no grease, grime, bugs, rodent droppings, or anything else you don’t want to end up eating---or seeing on social media. We’re the BBQ grill cleaning and repair service you’ve been looking for. Allow us to visit, give you a quote for post Summer and pre-Spring cleaning. Retail pricing is based on size of main grill island. (ex: up to 30" wide $295, 42" $400, etc.) GIAA Discount will be applied based on the number of grills at each location. For example: Up to 3 grills of any size: -$50 each. Up to 10 grills: -$100 each. Typical cadence is Spring cleaning in March or April, weather permitting, and pre-Fall in Sept/Oct at client's convenience. Multiple locations will be quoted as one annual proposal if preferred.
