Before launching Aire Serv, Derek spent more than 25 years in engineering and technology leadership roles, including leadership positions at John Deere and Amazon Ring. He brings a strong operational and customer-service focus to the HVAC industry, with an emphasis on responsiveness, communication, and long-term relationships with homeowners, landlords, and property managers.
Derek is passionate about building a locally focused service business that supports the community while delivering dependable HVAC solutions for residential and multi-family properties.
