GIAA Wins NAA Excellence Award for Mid-Size Affiliate of the Year

The National Apartment Association’s held its annual Excellence Awards on June 17th, 2026 at Apartmentalize. These awards celebrate the dedication, leadership, and community impact that define success in rental housing.
For the second consecutive year, GIAA was announced as a FINALIST. GIAA is very proud of this accomplishment.
What makes us even prouder is GIAA was recognized as the Mid-Size Affiliate of the Year!
