Congressional Housing Package: Earlier this week, an amended version of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act passed the House in a 396-13 vote. If signed into law, this version would deliver affordability wins for Americans across the nation and provide a bulwark against the rise in rent control proposals driven by a lack of adequate supply to moderate rents.
