Government Shutdown: The government shutdown is entering its third week, and NAA is monitoring several continuous impacts. NAA has compiled industry resources such as sample communications for property managers and affected residents. View the resources and learn more. 

The Latest: Based on recent information, rural housing rental assistance payments administered through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) are continuing. Advanced funding should allow them to preserve payments through December. Vouchers remain uncertain as funding has run out.
